Feeding Molly Fry

Hey all,
I have balloon molly fry, they are 8 days old. I have been feeding them liquid fry food and was just wondering when I should start feeding them regular/crushed flakes?

you can start feeding them crushed flakes once their egg yolk belly is gone.
