when's the right age?

I have a batch of baby mollies that are about 4 or 5 weeks old. i put one in with the other fish to see how it would go. it got eaten by my 7 cm (3 inch) angelfish. i was told they could be release at 12 weeks with angels.

when would be the right age to release the babies without the angel eating them?

i also have dwarf gourami, when can i release the fry without this guy eating them?

the are the only ones who are interested in them so far.

i also went to the pet shop today and they have a batch of baby guppies that were a day old in the main display tank and the weren't getting eaten by and of the fish. if i didn't these two fish would i have to separate the babies at all?

will a 10 cm goldfish, a 7 cm rainbow shark or a 7 cm tandanus catfish eat a new born molly/guppy fry?

thanks for all answers

It's not really about age but size. Basically when they're too big to be eaten by the other fish in the tank it'll be fine to release them.
