Daughter has 20 gallon with 3 guppies, and we just added 2 dalmation mollies. One is male and one is female ( spotty and dotty). Anyways, the male is kinda mean to the female. He kinda nips at her. Any thoughts?

Give them a little time. The tank isn't overpopulated. How long has it been set up? My mollies chase each other and peck too. Keep an eye out for injury, otherwise let it go.

I don't have mollies, but from what I've read you should have more females than males to keep him from harrassing her. (3 female to 1 male?)

Yes Lucy, as with most livebearers, that is ideal.
