Unfortunately it sound like your mollies have an internal parasite. Is there any red thread like worms hanging out the swollen part?
Here's a post about my experience with the red worms. See if the symptoms are similar. I hope not, because this is a terrible thing to go thru. I have pix of my angelfish (last survivors), betta and keyhole cichlid who were all infected and died. The are pix of the anus and the worms. We lost a lot of fish.
I truly hope it not the same thing.
My experience with Camallanus worms

I havent noticed anything like that coming out of her, I thought she was having babies. I've never seen one have babies and since I am new to the fish world I didnt know to much. After seeing this overnight I figured something was wrong with her so i called a local petstore and discribed what was going on and he told me that I could tug lightly on it to see if I could help her along, but i was scared to do that afraid to hurt her so I asked if I could bring her up to him and let him look at her. He said it looked like he intestines were hanging out and that it could be caused from her pooping alot. But I am very concerned with her being like this. We have two tanks and this particular fish was mine first and I gave her to my sister. She has two other ones that were mine and 2 danios in her tank. PLus in mine I have 3 mollies and to ottos and 2 or 3 fry that are only like a week old. I am really hoping that it isnt worms. I hate to think that in giving her my fish that we've in turn infected her new tank. So what do we do now? please help!

Fish only poop a lot when they are sick from my experience. It may not be the worms I have had but it could be another type.
Do you have a sick tank? Maybe you should put the fish in separate tank and do a 25% water change on the tank it was in. Better to be safe than sorry.
