Some sort of growth

So my molly Toro grew this massive growth on his belly, it's pretty big. He's still eating and acting normal, but it does seem to be getting bigger. It's definately not normal. It's internal I think, since the scales are grown around and over it. I only have a cell phone camera or I'd try to get a picture of it. Water test turns out normal. Ten gallon tank with 2 puffers, 1 oto, 1 bumblebee goby, and Toro the molly. I swear it seemed to happen nearly overnight. Any ideas without a picture?

I had the same thing happen to a betta of mine - unfortunaltly he died about a year later. Have you treated it for internal parasites? The tumor on my betta was more on its' side. It may also be a possiblity that the fish is constipated. A diet of all flake food may do that to it. And I'm not positive, so anyone else feel free to correct me, but that seems like a lot of fish for a 10 gallon tank. I could be wrong, just use the formula: 1 inch of fish (adult size), per gallon of water.

Maybe I should have added that they're dwarf puffers. They won't even reach two inches. I have been feeding mainly flake food though, I just threw in some peas. Other than that, there's bloodworms and snails reproducing on their own in my tank, he probably eats some of that. You think it's a tumor though? How would I treat it? The internal medicine stuff? I have this pink gel, can't remember the name, seems to work for nearly everything though ...

I would treat him for internal parasites. If you can - maybe put him in a tank by himself, until you figure out what is going on. Other people have advised on putting him on a pea diet - then fasting him for a day - then back to the pea diet. That's always another option. A pic really would be helpful.

Lets jsut hope the molly is constipated. At this point I would be feeding freeze dried daphnia soaked in garlic juice from a minced garlic jar. If it does not get better, then treat for the parasites....
