Yeah, I recently realized my tank is way overcrowded. The other fish are just guppies and a random array of swordtails and platys, but I haven't counted how many in a while. I did realize there is too many, and am trying to lower the population. I've gotten rid of about 8 - 10 fish I'd say, mostly I gave away my female guppies, attempting to stop the breeding. A lot of what I have is young guppies also, from the last batch, so I gotta wait til they get bigger to descern gender, they're not fry but they're not big enough to tell yet. I think I may have missed a female platy or swordtail, I get confused on telling them apart. My point is, I'm trying to lower the population, and feel bad it's way too high. And hopefully no more breeding. In the meantime, I stuck Toro (named cuz he kept attacking my pretty red tail guppies) in my other tank with the 2 dwarf puffers, 5 gobys, and 2 otos. Added some plants. Seems to be going oddly well. The dps were bought because I stupidly made an impulse "oh-they're-so-cute" purchase

so I had to buy a whole new set up after they also attacked my guppies. Some people say they should be in brackish water, but they're happy and growing and healthy and a lot of people also say freshwater is fine, which is what they're in. So, my more "aggressive" tank, seems oddly as peaceful as my community tank at the moment ...
