One Molly sucking another Mollys undercarriage

I've just fed my fish and noticed one of my molly's keeps going under another molly and seems like it's trying to suck the other molly's stomach. It's not being aggressive at all and the other one doesn't seem to care. Any ideas?

is the one doing the sucking a male? my male does that to the female, and it seems like he does it more when she is about to give birth... i just figured it was natural?

Unfortunately I just don't know which is male or female. I can't figure it out!

Dino, Butterfly (Carol), and I had a conversation months back about fish sucking on other fish. Carol told us that she had read somewhere that the sucking of another fish' slime-coat is usually indicative of a lack of protein in the sucker's diet.

Mollies need a good bit of veggie matter in their diet, but feeding nothing but veggie flake may cause a protein difficency. I have no idea what you feed them, just pointing that out.

(That is just one possibility, but I'm not positive as to whats going on with your fish.)
