First off . . . my black molly, Aiji, had a bent spine the other day and now its straight? How did that happen, does anyone know?

And also . . . I have a baby molly that grew 4 times as fast at the others and is the same size as my six month old babies, and yet was only born a month and a half ago . . .

The second one probably can be attributed to the larger/faster fish getting more food, and thus growing faster.
Unsure about the first.
