depending on your budget you have different options. you can either setup a 10g tank for them or put a breeding net in the tank you have now (that runs the risk of them getting out and gives them very little room so is a more temporary solution since they'll need room to grow.) for filtration, either a sponge filter or a regular filter with fish netting over the filter intake & held in place with a rubber band tightly wound would work. they'll need crushed food at first. we put food in a sandwich bag and crush it with a rolling pin, then put it in a little rubbermaid container to feed them a little bit of, 4 times a day at first, eventually going to 2 times a day.
You'd have to call your local stores to see what they'd say on taking fry.
