Wii - Endless Ocean
Didn't know what category to put this in.
Has anyone here played Endless Ocean for the Nintendo wii?
it's a game where you control your deep sea diver with your "wii-mote" and guide him through the sea. you can encounter 100s of different fish & aquatic species from tiny little schooling fish to massive wales/sharks and crustacians + sea beasties etc...
You can pet and stroke, grab onto (the bigger ones) and feed the fish and you learn interesting facts about the fish as you play.
you can dive wherever you 'park' your boat, and explore ship wrecks, corals and lagoons and find unusual items on the sea bed etc...
The game works by giving you various tasks to complete and areas to explore (you play a diver/marine biologist who is trying to catalogue the different things that live in the sea.)
It's worth a look if your curious.
Has anyone seen or heard of it?
I've played it quite a lot and think it's great.
Maybe a little sad but I like it...
It makes a nice relaxing change to my usual high octane action packed shooter / driving games and has a nice relaxing sound track.
I hope someone else has seen it cos I'd like to talk about it with someone as none of my friends are into fish...
