Well guys, I got ripped off again. I bought a top fin air pump a month or 2 ago that was supposed to be silent, but after doing a water change today, it's not! It makes this weird vibrating sound only when I connect the tubing to it. I don't know what could've happened. The air stone is fine. I noticed the same sound when I put my finger in front of it to block the air from coming out. Does anyone know what could be wrong? All I have to say to the people who made it is to

? ? Could ANY thing be blocking the air flow? You said the air stone is ok, but does any air come through the tube without being hooked up to the air stone?

Yep. In the process of removing the airstone, I broke it because it was on there so tight. Now I have to get a new one of those too.
