I am not sure what that says...but if you feel ok, that is great. Did you add more? I haven't heard back from my second question regarding doing the water change tomorrow.

I love this stuff, but it still freaks me out. With bettas, ya get so paranoid about these spikes, and perhaps ending in the dreaded finrot. LOL My little guppies are hanging in, still doing fish stuff - because I have only had bettas, I am still trying to figure out what "fish stuff" is. All I know is that they are not gulping, swimming upside down; staying at the top; tipped over on the bottom or have swollen bellies- all the stuff that makes betta people nuts! :It is actually kind of fun!

Good luck, I will continue to follow the thread!

So here is the reply to my question about water change today, which in the instructions, you are to do on day 7, but I guess I will bravely leave it for a couple of days...Kinda funny: (again, my question is at the bottom)

Hello,
Just leave it alone. The water changes will remove bacteria while it is growing and settling. Bio-spira is too expensive to suck out and pour down the drain. J

Thanks for your reply..........should I go ahead with a 25% water change tomorrow, or leave it for a couple of days? ( This fish thing is new to me, I appreciate the help)

Val

Amusing, he recognizes the expense, so I will be brave and not change my water, did you change yours?

Your little crayfish fry are amazing, that many from 1 mom? I am a dummy about these things, are they born live?

Good luck with it all! VAl

I use it whenever I set up a tank. It has always worked great. It's a miracle to fish keeping. I am sure a lot of fish have lived because of it.
