My GSPs and figure 8 get snails, brine shrimp (frozen and freezedried), bloodworms (frozen and freezedried), mussels, ghost shrimp, plankton, and mysis shrimp.
Oh, and I usually dose that with VitaChem. -

hello also to sex them, look at the bottom back single fin under the rear of the belly which is the anal fin.. in a males it's pointed in a females it's more rounded...if you start a thread with some pics of your mollies, alot of members keep them and im sure they can help
