what kind of food other than bloodworms do firebelly newts eat. do you know?

I am really not looking foward to keeping the GT in his 20 gallon,we are planning on buying a bigger house next summer when my wife graduates,which is when I can get him a bigger tank.He is only about 3 inches right now,but I think he is really living up to his name.I think he would tear apart my 2 O's even at his size right now.

Cool,thanks for the info! I think overstocking with tetra is one thing,but over stocking with large cichlids requires a lot more work!

I'm curious how often you do water changes in your 75.I have a 120 with Oscars I was going to add a green terror to when he got big enough,but I am now afraid he might be too aggresive to be with any other fish.I just can't get another large tank right now,no room,plus my wife would kill me.I know I can keep him for awhile in his 20,I am hoping he doesn't get any bigger than 8 inches,so this is why I was wondering how often you do water changes?
