Sounds like you are quite familiar with Platys birthing frys. What does an aborted birth sack look like? I have 3 platys that Looked pregnant, getting bigger and bigger every day. Looked at the tank yesterday a.m. and two of them were totally slimmed down. I looked all over couldn't see anything in the tank with the exception of two round silver dots the size of two straight pins on the leave of my live plants? Could this be an aborted sack? Thanks for your help.
