I also need to ask, once I know that my tank is cycled and I remove 70-90% of my water, the water I add back, do I put a dechlorinator in it prior to adding to my tank?

Thank you for the instructions on the cycle process. I plan to use the add and wait method.I will be cycling a 55 gallon freshwater tank that after the cycle is complete I would like stock with 6 danios,6cherry barbs,4 cory cats, 4 otto cats, and 6 Rainbows, and some live plants. Can the plants be in the tank during the cycle process? Also once the cycle process is complete can I put all the fish I listed in at the same time or would this be to much of an ammonia load? I am a newbie so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
