I'm pretty sure that's what mine said to and it fit. I think it's just a standard socket size, but just in case try to check the actual socket for anything it may say next to what wattage it is...have you tried thatfishplace, drs foster and smith, petsmart? you can also try googling it to see if anyone else carries it...

I have tried every fish place around the net and my husband tried all the places around here and the ones who had had it were now out of stock... Would you PLEASE consider letting me buy the one you have since you are now not using it?

I ordered it online actually from amazon.com, but it came from thatfishplace.com. If I remember correctly to get it into the socket I had to take the cover off, but I was able to put it back on after that and it fits fine. No problem...glad to help

rebeccmh... Where did you get the 10 watt colormax bulb you used in your 2 gal tank? I would like more light in Bently's tank....did yours have a cover for the bulb in the top? Does the colormax bulb fit into that cover or did you leave it off? Thanks for the info.... Martha
