Hey. could you help me out if you know this ?
I bought a 20 gallon kit at petcetera and I am having a little problem with the filter that came with it. It seems not to clean the water 100%, because it has been cloudy for a while now. I don't like. It is not couldy to look at and say, what terrible couldy water. but it bothers me...This filter is a power filter SF1020. Another thing odd is that it didn't come with the thin sponge that goes on the front of the carbon....I am wondering if is suppost to be like that or not....I call petcetera back and they said that it is ok to be like that....if you know anything about it, do you mind give a hand ?

hahaaa... I believe it is over now. (finally phew!) but yeah, Those mini biowheel tanks have a lot of kinks that havent been worked out completely...

Im glad you've got the betta bug I cant wait to see the new boy/girl.
