The stripe can be quite faint at times. Although I wouldn't doubt that yours are too small to tell. If she ends up being male I think I'll give her name to a new puff and change hers(his) to something else.... maybe Claudio.

    Sounds like a plan

Well, I am going to get a few more DPs. I'm afraid that Ambellina may actually be a male... uhoh. Someone's having a gender identity crisis So I'm definitely looking for more females. I think I also want more nerite snails, the 80g is going crazy with diatoms. I'm thinking I just might move Danno the rubberlip pleco into the DP tank instead of getting another pleco. We'll see. But other than that, we'll just have to see what happens

I can't guarantee that it will work, but it is possible. I'm toying with the idea of cardinals myself. If your DPs are like mine, they seem to stay at the bottom most of the time and sort of chase each other around and ignore the other fish. In fact, I had Winter with them for a week or so because I was setting up a new tank and needed to move some fish around and he was just fine But you have to be really careful as I'm sure you know. I am not too familiar with different tetras/barbs, since cardinals are the only ones that interest me. But, if they are fast without too large of fins then they could probably work.

I like the eels too, but its just creepy because its HUGE. BTW, you want a neon tetra? I don't know if I can sell him to fountains, or just let them have it free, but I don't have the space for a school.

I think Eels are rad! I would love to have one if I had a SW tank. I don't know if they have GBR's, but I do know that Aquatic Warehouse in Clairemont Mesa does

Oh. BTW, They still have that creepy eel I feel bad for it... I want to get a huge tank just so I can get that eel a home. BTW, Do you know if they have/would have German Blue Rams there?

They're so good at taking care of the fish too. You can just say "Umm, I think this fish over here is sick..." And they rush over to check on it! And they're smart too, not like Petco or walmart... Did you go there this weekend?(to fountains that is) They have this beautiful betta! Its black with black/purple/red fins! Omg I'm so sad I can't get it...
