Hi mathas, just have a question about your Bolivian Rams, is that the GBR? or Bolivian Butterfly, i was thinking about getting one although the pH requirements made me change my mind as my ph is more alkaline then acidic. i noticed your PH is 7.6 is that correct?

All the spots on my rasbora have showed up in exactly the same place too, right around their mouth... I actually didnt notice it on a few of mine either until I watched them closely. No thanks is necessary, I'm glad I could help both of us and hopefully anyone else who ends up with this.

Well, I'm now about 99.9% sure it's also columnaris on my end. I noticed this morning that one of my rasboras has a small growth just above its mouth that seems to match the symptoms in the articles we've looked at.

It seems a little peculiar that I didn't notice it until after starting the Maracyn-Two regimen, but it could also just be that I didn't notice it because the rasboras never sit still.

I'll keep up with the medicine and see what happens, I guess. Thanks again for the help diagnosing it!
