    thanks
it depends on where you live, it will be expensive though. Sherry also offered to ship me some plastic toys and the cost is 76.50 dollars. She lives in GA... where do you live? that way i can estimate how much it is

You dont need that much GPH as they dont make a ton of waste..but thats up to you...I keep my lights on 10 hours a day and off at nite..I feed my cons beef heart, brine shrimp, bloodworms (all frozen cubes thawed with tank water) and kens premium cichlid mix...I feed them 3 small feedings a day...great job on the water changes and again, if the parimeters are good, leave the tank alone until you see free swimmers and then clean the half of the tank they arent swimming on if the water parimeters say you need a change..if you dont, dont bother....just top off evaporation ...good luck!

do a partial water change right now with a gravel vac..like 50% then leave the tank alone...when my cons spawn, I do NO water changes until they are free swimming so I can see where they are and not suck them up..with good water parimeters, you dont need to worry anyway

Yeah, she ate a lot of eggs. She eventually let the male take some responsibility as the eggs hatched.

Glad to hear it, in response to Shawnies message under mine, you can clearly see the females swell with eggs if you look them head on.
