im sorry i didnt get back to you right way.im still really new here and im moving and omg to move fish tanks eeeek! lol i accept you apology and i understand why people get so defensive. Im am the same way with animal rights, but i really didnt think it was cruel to keep a betta well feed and clean in a "small" tank. lol its cool though. i appreciate the advice everyone gives me.

Monfort (monford?) Aquarium seems to be pretty legit. Its on Coleraine Ave. into town some. As for Jack's I have had some success, but only failure with petsmart.

So, where do can I find a healthy gourami in cincy?

Hi Clinton, Excellent article on PH and GH, KH. I had similar confusions as Chewas and feel like I should retest to understand better how I get to the numbers I have. I think for discus my PH is fine. But I must say, a very helpful article. Cheers!

Thanks Clinton! I'm very happy with them. My blue diamond is growing slowly. I think he may be stunted. But I'm feeding a varied and nutritional diet hoping he'll come along.
