Skippi's Tanks

55 gallon

FISH* *2 angels, 3 clown loaches, 5 neon tetras, 2 head andtail light tetras, assorted platy and guppies.

Decorations* 1 castle, 1 wood log,* 1 Rock with holes in it.

Substrate* Gravel brown

2 - 29 gallons

Empty* Need ideas* have 4 stripped botias in one of them

20 gallon

FISH* 2 breeding angels, Gizmo and Cleo

No Substrate yet. Spawning slate is in there

10 gallon

FISH* 4 peppered cories

Decorations Sign and ship wreck

Substrate* sand and flourite

10 gallon

FISH* 1 male betta, Neptune

Substrate* *glass rocks

Just started using sand substrate in my cory tank added flourite to see if I can't get my plants to thrive. Have had many plants but they all die on me. So am going to experiment now. The Only plant that I still have alive is my hornwort which just floats all over and one mystery plant that has reddish coloring on the leaves. This one is not doing so hot.* If anyone has any ideas for my empty tanks let me know. We are thinking about trying cichlids but can't decide which to go with we want to get some color in our tanks. That is about all the decision i can get out of Jeff right now..* Thanks for looking I will try to post some pics soon..

Re: Skippi's Tanks

How about some barbs for that 29g that's empty? looks like you have cichlids, livebearers, cats and tetras already.

If you want to go with a goldfish tank, i love the ones that look like they swallowed a little ball.. those crack me up with how they swim.. i saw them for the 1st time at petco a couple days ago, but can't remember the name of them, just that i loved watching the little guys swimming around. Maybe add some fantails too.

If you want to venture into saltwater, how about some clown fish.. the typical orange along with some maroons and some yellows?
