Sorry to dissapoint you! I used to play football, but don't any more! Gave that up 5 years ago! but as for beer, im not old enough to drink yet! lol

But with Marmite, "You either love it or hate it" as they say! I personaly hate it! But I hate most things so i doubt my opinion counts! lol (I'm very fussy with with food - for those of you who didn't know)

having just watched the rest of the 3rd series of Doctor Who .. yea, i'm impatient and youtube is there. .. it's really stepped up a notch each series with the last arc of episodes to end the 3rd series being the most intense shows yet. Like the select SciFi shows that are great, it really contains a lot of drama and humanity in the stories and doesn't focus solely on special effects, but superb plots that make you forget genres and just say "great episode!".

anyway.. how are the tanks, Tan?

mmmm. Gwenz: I loooove playing footie. Am terribly uncoordinated (I look like a blind puppy with a tied leg when I play footie) but my enthusiasm makes up for it. For some reason, playing soccer makes me laugh uncontrolably, ALL the time! My team mates are kind of in two minds about it: not being very effective, but at least it brings the morale up!

OMG....I have A galaxy fry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was doing a water change (overdue too), when i stirred up gravel, and shook up the java moss to get the bits of leaves from other plants out and planted some cuttings etc (bit of a spring clean and tidy up) i saw a fry, so in a panic, poured all the water from the bucket back in the tank for fear of throwing any fry away. it was tiny. just like a miniture guppy fry. about half the size and more translucent. anyway, stared at the tank for hours, and didnt see it again....then again, not often i see the loach and adult galaxies as they hide very well, anyway, just stared at the tank now a couple of mins and saw it again (dunno if same one, or if i have more than one in there!) so i have bbs on the go, throwing in the emergency powder food i have and re-covered the filter intake with netting. i am not disturbing that tank any more for a while!! will test it later, but i figured the nitrates etc cant be too bad or they wouldnt breed! I am sooooooooo excited!! wonder if it'll survive and if i've more to come?! well, I'm glad i have at least one.....at least i now know that they are capable in that environment.

we found 3 yesterday, but today only seen 1. been out most of today though so had less tank stare time!!! the bbs is ready for them now though.....horay!!

i still can only find one. but hey, at least its still one more than i had last week!!! my fish can breed....lets hope they do it again!!

i've just seen 2 of them. i put in a load of floating plants yesterday, so they've got duckweed and floating other stuff (cabomba or something?). anyway, they have found sense and are hiding in there!! hard to see in there, so i'm hoping there's more! i'm so excited!!

oooooooooooo no no no no!! no doctor in this house!!!! maybe its my preg hormones they got a sense of!!! its the house of babies!!!! last count was 5 this morn (thats galaxies, not humans!!). very exciting!!! they kinda hover about an inch from the surface and the adults all live at the bottom of the tank, so they shouldnt be a threat. lets see and hope they grow up ok!!
