Thank you. It took 2 days to rescape the 120 and a day for the 70. The fish prefer the sand. They dig a lot!

Ken thank you!!

That drift wood is in 4 parts. 2 big bits and 2 small pieces and the fish swim in and out all the time. These guys are growin gout and will go in a 300L tank.

That was the aim and I'm glad it looks like that. I have just realised there's actually 5 pieces of wood. 2 big bits and 3 small bits. Again thank you!!

Good choice! We named our budgie Stewie and let him watch Family Guy when we're not home hoping he'd pick up a few phrases, but unfortunately, he hasn't. We're huge Family Guy fans here as well.

Thank you 2lucky and peacemaker92. Done tons of reseach about lake Tanganyika to get the effect that you can see. we will be doing all tanks as to where the fish originally came from.

Bolivianbaby - if we had a bird that could talk, we'd probably do the same.

Thought I'd update again on my tang tank. The first picture at the beginning of the thread.

I decided to rescape it as it look a little to crowded. While doing this I came to move a piece of the slate and found some Julie Dickfeldi eggs. I'm going to be expecting some fry soon!! My first lot.

Here is the result of the new scape

Thank you peacemaker92. Just thought something needed to be done.

It's so exciting to watch them defend their territory. They have nw dug a pit for when the fry will be free swimming which I don't have a clue on. I would gues that it may be day 4 or 5, so I'm not sure when I'll see free swimmers.

I can only but try to get some pics of them as and when they are free swimming. I haven't seen any fry pictures of these guys, so it'll be interesting to do a documentry of this activity.
