My New 4ft Aquarium

Hey guys!

Finally, after such a long wait! I found a good deal for a second hand 4ft aquarium. Here in Malaysia, we use ringgit. So I'm getting it for rm70. (rm=ringgit malaysia) If I'm not mistaken, it should be over $200 U.S dollars?
Anyways, I'm gonna pick it up from the seller on sunday. I can't wait! The tank comes with the stand. So it's quite a good deal to me because it's not easy to find a second hand 4ft aquarium at a price this low.

I told my parents that I'm gonna put my goldfish in it since they hardly have space to swim around freely in my 2ft tank. So I AM GONNA put my goldfish in it. I actually planned to put neon tetras in my 4ft tank, with live plants and gravel, a sunken ship perhaps, bubbles all around and cool lighting. But unfortunately, I have a few problems. I have insufficient cash to purchase the required stuff for that dream, and second, I have 3 goldfish to take care. haha
So yeah. Here's some pictures taken by the seller. I'll add more photos once I receive the tank safely in my hands. I'll keep everyone updated. Thanks!

I'll be putting my 3 goldfishies in it. I was actually thinking of putting neons in it but nah, I've already got goldfishies on my priority.

Hey guys! Bad news I found out the other day. Just a day before I was supposed to pick up the tank from the seller's place, I found out he sold it the night before. I was like, "How can you sell the tank? I already confirmed with you that I'll buy it from you." He replied saying, "You didn't pay a deposit to reserve it." I got mad but replied him in a good way, "You didn't even ask for a deposit. How was I supposed to know?" What in the world? How can he do such a thing?! I was so looking forward in taking the tank home and putting my goldfishies in there as a new spacious home for them...

That sucks. If you weren't that far I'll give you my 55 gal with stand that I just finished a while back since I got me a 100 gal.

That is such a bummer. That happened to me last week and I was heartbroken I really believe that everything is meant to be though and if you keep looking you will probably find an even better deal on a tank.

Wow, that was mean... He probably got a better deal with someone else and was just to chicken to say so. I'm sorry, I hope you find another tank soon!

haha thanks guys! Yeah, it is a bummer. I think that was quite a good deal already. Not easy to find such a perfect deal like that. I think it was a few weeks ago, a seller was selling 2 100g's with a stand for rm100 which is I think about 300 u.s dollars? Not sure. But rm100 for 2 100g's is quite cheap here. It came with only one filter though.

Wow! really? haha yeah! That'd be cool! Right now, my friend's father is waiting for some people to give up their tanks. He recently turned down a lot of offers. They offered to give him some tanks but he didn't know what to do with them. So, now fingers crossed while he waits for some more offers.

Yeah I actually got that tank for free from a lady here in Jacksonville that was tired of fixing the leak on the tank. Yeap they were fixing it putting more silicone on top of the old one and some aluminum tape. So they gave me the tank, Stand, Filter, hood with light and about 30 to 40 lbs of gravel. oh I forgot the fish(2 Koi Angels about 6 inches, 2 plecos about 10 and 12 inches long, 4 tetras, a loach, a red tail shark and 1 silver angel) So i put the fish on a 50 gal I had at home while paint it and repair the 55gal tank. Now I'm selling it but don't know the wife wants to wait to see how the electric bill is going to be.
