| Taking suggestions on stocking... I have finished planting, and am letting the tank settle in, all parameters look good (my profile is up to date),but unsure of hardness. I'm just opening up to ideas for new inhabitants, go ahead throw some out there... http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/me...10-gallon.html
Thanks. |

| I put zebra in just few days ago, used gravel and some water from 30 gal., and fish food, some snails came along too. /as i was doing water changes every other day 1 gallon after I took readings, saww ammonia go up then nitrites 7 days later? then they went down and low nitrate readings last 5 days or so. Seems to be right, no? |

| Now you got me worried Shawnie, here is brand new just finished 5 min. ago: w/picture
ammonia 0 doesn't look green or tinted green
nitrite 0 http://www.fishlore.com/fishforum/me...arium-025.html
I have to admit that I did cycle my 30 gal. with zebras per Petco, but I did check water daily and did changes 4-5 times week 3 gallons,(before i found fishlore), BUT now I want to go fishless and LFS (who uses u/g in all his tanks) told me to use gravel from established 30 gal. for my 10, and to start with water from it too. Man i don't want to hurt the guy AGAIN. |

They had to sub part of the order, and so included extra: 5 stems difformis, and 3 balsamica. Thanks again. |

It has the coolest eyes, I bet they can see 360. Thanks again. But I'm still taking suggestions on 1 or 2 tankmates. |
