My 55 gal. is ICH free! It's been almost 5 days since the spots disappeared!
I have my 20 gal. all set up, and added TSS to cycle it. I bought 3 platies & 1 swordtail to quarentine in there for my 55 gal. I did lose one blue wag platy, unknown causes. The others are thriving, and the one female is look a bit, rotund.
Today I bought 3 Blind Cave Tetras from Wal-Mart. I know people hate to buy fish there, by my local Wal-Mart is actually good about their fish. And the BCT's were $1.97 each! They were charging $5 at my LFS. I couldn't pass that up. They have everything at least $2-3 cheaper there. If the BCT's make it & are healthy, then I'm going back to get other fish.

I saw the BCT's and was like, I have to have these fish, lolol.
It will be interesting to see if they thrive, being they're from Wal-Mart.
I hope they do, they're so interesting looking.

Sorry about your fish that didn't make it..Good to hear you got some BCT..I hope they do good..Walmart is bad but I have bought fish from there too...Sometimes if you want a fish you do what you got to do.

TSS is iffy I think. It ultimately works, it's just a pain b/c you can't do a water change for 7 days. My 20 gal. looks like garbage right now, fish poop everywhere, but I have to wait until monday to change the water.

Yeah they look awesome!

If I were to ever use TSS (have a bottle of it now for back-up), I would definitely do a HUGE water change right before I added it and the fish, just for my own peace of mind, lol.

More updates:
I lost 3 fish while I was away in WY for the last week. Totally unexpected.
1 molly, 1 rosy red & 1 of my bettas. The betta was one that my friens bought me.
My mom returned him to petsmart, got store credit.
I bought another CT today, a sky blue boy. He's doing okay so far.
The female bettas are doing good in the community tanks so far.
My friend who has a divided 10 gal. betta tank is getting rid of it, so I'm taking one of the betta. I'm officially the crazy fish lady.
