Wow, that's a beautiful tank, are those real plants? Because i have never seen fake grass like that in a tank, I'm sure those tetras love all the hiding places, if i can get another tank, i want to do one similar to that.

Doh. I just read your signature and it answered my question...

Your tank is lovely. And your camera is amazing. What kind is it? The resolution is soooo clear, you feel as if you're looking directly into the tank! I'm insanely jealous.

I love the way those tetras look in contrast with the plants! one question: are they neons or cardinals? I really want a bunch of cardinals for my tank, but if yours are neons and still look that good, I may change my mind!

I love the silver and red dashes that I assume are the rummynoses! They're by far my favorite tetra, although mine didn't last 24 hrs and I haven't been able to find any since.

Breathtaking! You have a real talent for aquascaping. I love the branches. I don't ever remember the scientific names of any of my plants but I recognize of few of yours from my tank. Your's look about a million times better than mine though. Your tank looks like one of Takashi Amano's.

wow, your tank is amazing!!!!!! i'd hire you to aquascape my tanks if i had that kind of money

the only thing i'd suggest is that a black background would hide the cords and filter intake and make the plants really pop

Not to hijack your thread, but did you collect the branches yourself? If so can you explain what you were looking for. I live near a VERY abundant amount of Manzanita and I would like to collect some. Just not sure if I should get :1.dead (brown wood) or 2.stuff that still has the bark on it. Any info would help.
BTW...you should really enter this tank in the tank of the month contest.

I got the manzanita from manzanita.com... I order branches to create this effect. Is good for fish too, because they have places to hide and spawn. I was looking for a natural environment.

Thanks for the comments.....
