Great looking tanks
I love the large driftwood in the first pic, that is one seriously massive chunk!

Are you using actinics on the left side?? If so they wont work very well with the live plants, the spectrum is not really what freshwater plants use... they are for saltwater invertebrates mainly and they will generally cause algae problems in freshwater tanks. I'm not trying to be a downer, I really love your setups, I just wanted to let you know before you run into dying plants or alage blooms.

BEAUTIFUL TANKS! I wish I could have a 125g! I'd do amazing things with it! Yours looks perfect! WELL DONE! Btw, I love your lighting. Blue light on one side and white light on the other side. That's cool!

Thanks everyone for their kind comments.

I'm going to be changing the lighting on the 125g (when i have saved some money) I will be going with 2 power glo lights and then a moonlight on in the evening.

Thanks Clinton for pointing out about the lights, i don't mind a bit of algae in there at present its just more food for the pleco! But they will be changed.

The driftwood my husband found while swimming in the river, took my truck to haul it off the bottom of the river bed!
It must have been 4' long originally and weighed over 400lbs, but with some good cleaning (had it soaking in the bath tub for over a week!) and careful cutting its now the center piece. I have "eggcrate" on the bottom of the tank to help spread weight out.

Thanks for the comments
