I'm not sure really if there is one good site to find all the information on the types of Betta Splendens. I learned here at Fishlore from looking at the pics of the Bettas and talking to the Betta pros, like Rose.
But basically, a Betta with fins like yours is a veil tail betta. If the fins are sort of spikey, but have webbing most of the way to the end, that's a crown tail betta. If the fins are spikey but have less webbing, that's a comb tail betta. There's also a feathered betta - the fins almost look torn like feathers.
The amount of tail fin gives you Over Halfmoon (180 degrees+), Halfmoon (180 degrees), Super Delta (over 90 but under 180 degrees) and Delta (90 degrees).
Some patterns have names. When you have 2 colors that sort of form an oval-ish shape like yours, that's a butterfly. Other patterns include dalmation and dragon.
I think that's the basic breakdown of the Betta Splendens. Hopefully I haven't gotten any of that info wrong.
