I'm a plantgeek also but still struggle with some plants it and just depends on how far you want to take the technology. I'm not ready for CO2 yet but maybe some day.

I've gotten to the point where I won't let the plants win!!!! lol I put so much time and money into this that I decided I better learn quick what i was doing. And to be truthful, what I wrote earlier about being a geek is true. The more I read, the more interested I got, until I was sunk head first into it.

I can never pass up a plant I don't have so I started a dedicated plant tank with plants just thrown in until I find where I want it. It had a few otos to start with and now has pastel platinum guppies in it. There is no aquascaping to it and the water sprite and wisteria has taken over. It's almost like theres two layers of plants, Java Fern, anubias, bolbitis on the bottom attached to rocks and the rest of the stuff is growing out the top like weeds. This is teh one everybody ooohhhss over
