Hi Jack... its a good start! Im sure it will be very nice when you add plants.Do you have the rest of the equipment yet, like filter, heater etc etc? What did you end up deciding for fish to stock it with?

yer filter and heater are both contained inside that black box on the right hand side. i have opted to get 3 sparkling gourami, 3 kuhli loaches and 1 other fish i havent decided on yet.

Hey everyone i just got back from the lfs and was quite unimpressed with the sparkling gourami so i opted to buy 2 female dwarf coral blue gourami anda few plants. Photos will follow when i have finished acclimatizing them (i'm taking my time probably like an hour to an hour and a half.)

Thanks its there actually my first additions apart from the feeder fish i used to cycle the tank, i took them out and back to the lfs. the new gourami are approx. the same size is it possible to get the male tomorow or would that upset the balance to bacteria balance too much?

IMO you can add another one tomorrow. Just keep up with your water changes for awhile til the new bioload catches up.
