Hey all,

I was at the LFS once again today and noticed they had hermit crabs in stock.

What species are best in terms of cleaning?

What species look best?

Are they easy to keep?

I have used the red legged hermit crabs alot they are very reef friendly, and are very easy to keep. I like them because they are good at gettin stuff cleaned up in some of the places my other cleaning fish cant reach.

Did you get some hermits?
I know i'm late replying
But i was told at the shop that the red legged or fancier ones are a big tempermental towards EACHOTHER, but are fine with everything else.
I was told to go for just the 'common' kind
Not sure about cleaning though, they seem to do just fine :P
