| | Fish Master | "Lizard" loach? Hi
I was wondering if you loach experts (you know who you are ) could help me identify this lovely little guy that is being called a 'lizard' loach. Looking for info myself, I found that there's lots of different loaches referred to as lizards... Here's a pic of them, I think they're soooo cool.
Thanks friends |

Carol | Not at all! No more than five bucks a piece
I'm thinking Homaloptera smithi looks like a possibility, or maybe Homaloptera tweediei
BTW, thanks for your help Carol |

Yes a 20g should be fine. Do you have rocks for the tank or wood for the tank? They don't necessarily need either but they will want places to sleep/hide.

carol | Yeah, he's been taking care of Merlin for about a month now (one of MM's gorgeous marble betta boys) and he also had fish as a kid, so he appreciates the hobby. He loves that little betta boy
I have driftwood I can put in there, and I know where to get flat flagstone for super cheap. |
