| In the article you were given, it doesn't say exactly how active they are each time of day, but reading it it sounds like they are a lot like most other loaches- shy, but when given enough places to hide and in groups, they will become bolder. I'd guess you wouldn't see them all the time, but enough to make them worthwhile. I think you should get a school for your tank, they look super cool. And I don't know how much they would cost, that really depends. I've never seen them before, though, so they might be sort of expensive... |

Mine were a little shy at first but after getting used to the tank they were out and about most times of the day. But then I bribed them by dropping food in for them when I would check on them. they are a beautiful loach with the typical botia personality. Mine did get about the same size as the yoyos so I guess they were piggies
