has any one had experience with tiger loach??
about a year ago i was given 2 fish obviously loaches of some description (i later identified them as tigers) at least i think they are
i had them in the tank with my 6 clown loach that i recently lost and they all used to get on. all schoaling together with no problems (having the occasional clicking arguements that loaches have)
since the clowns have gone the larger of the tigers has become aggresive and im not sure what to do
i dont want to get rid of it but he has become a bit of a thug
any suggestions welcome

Your tank converts out to about 63 gallons and you have an awful lot of fish in it. So overcrowding could account for some of the aggression. Since loaches need to be in groups f three or more this could be contributing to the aggression also.
It's a little hard to know which Tiger Loach you have as common names can be applied to several different loaches. Is this your loach?

yes thats him
but he is pale blue with orange brown stripes and no spots
i would take a photo but hes too darn quick
i am thinning out my fish at the mo as i want to have just loach and catfish hopefully that will calm him down a bit
if not once ive given some of the others away ill get him a couple more friends and see how he does
dont really want to get rid of him he is a really good looking fish
