We gave the loach to our friends...he was too aggressive for the baby Datnoids & Angelfish. He at our big golden apple snails...there were 7 of them. When he was done we had hardly any kind of snails at all. 2 of the apple snails were left.
As soon as he was out of th e120g...all the fish were acting normal again.

Yep Loaches with their snout (most botia) shaped like that are snail eating machines. Sorry he ate the wrong ones. Loaches are more comfortable in groups and the more aggressive of them are less aggressive in groups. Glad you found a good home for him.
