Growth rate of fry?

I estimated that my fry turned about a month old on the 10th of this month and they are only about a half inch long.
They definitely have grown from when I first caught them but not by much.
They are also not showing any specific colors yet. They kind of look like my danio's the most (having a grayish-green color to them) and have the slim body.
Is this normal?

what type of livebearers? and mine are just now starting to show colors (guppies) and they are a range of 1 month to 3 months...the older ones are coloring up where as the youngers are not yet....a varied diet helps ALLOT ..with prestine water and partial changes a few times a week.....usually 2 months or so they should start showing some partial colors (still speaking of guppies )

I thought platies were livebearers. I know for sure danios are egg layers. My guppy fry are about 1 month and 1 is starting to show some color and they are noticeably much bigger. I kept them in the main tank. It also looks like all females as they are starting to show gravid spots.

Oh I just mean't that the danio's aren't livebearers. Platies and mollies are both livebearers.
