platy ben

hey every body, i have been an aquarist for around 5 years and have just set up a 60 litre aquarium containing
3 juevinile sailfin(leopard) plecos, which will be moved into a larger tank when they grow .
and 9 platys but i dont know what type they are, i have 2 species:
4 of them have,red tails with peachy-yellow, bodies and a purple blue layer of scales along the middle,
and the other 5 are, all red but they are short and plump and they kind of resemble a balloon molly.

ive never had platys before so someone please help

species 1 = It's a tuxedo platy i think, post a pic if you can

thats not one of mine but they look exactly like that, so i think your right thanks alot.

if i was to breed one of my male tuxedos with one of my female red platys, would the out come look nice or would i be breeding some weird coloured fish and wasting my time?

Probably some sort of hybrid fish. I was trying to do that, it just came out as some sort of morph thing. They didn't last long. But that's just me, theres no stopping you.
