Question: Rusty Nail

Hello, I am 1 week new to saltwater aquariums. I bought a cycled tank that has been established for a few months so after moving it to the house, I bought some more live rock and noticed one of them had a rusty nail embedded in it. My question is, should I remove it or leave it in the tank? Will the rusting nail add some undesireable elements to the water?

I removed the nail last night. Just could not get over the rust.

Glad to hear it Tiger. Any type of rust could not possibly be good for the fish. I'm so glad you removed it.
