Live Rock critters

Ok all,

Its me again.... Got me some live rock and I must say I'm hooked! However.... I was reading on the post that there can be all sorts of critters in Live rock and that it should be ok. But I also read that sometimes critters are unwelcomed. Like a certain type of shrimp that is very powerful and can crack aqaurium glass. Anyway I came home tonight turned on the aquarium light and a long green worm like thingy quickly re-treated back into the live rock. It kinda look like a tape worm. It was extended about five inches from its live rock borrow. Does anyone have an idea of what it could be? Also by the way I am currently living in Japan. I bought my Live Rock from a LFS here.
Not sure where the Japanese get their live rock.

No info on tank size? Age? FOWLR/REEF?
It may be very common detritus scavenger, peanut worms (Thysanocardia nigra), which may not pose any harm to tank inhabitants as long as not an fire bristle worms.
