Potential setup

I'm currently considering purchasing a 210 G glass tank. If I purchase my live rock shortly afterwards, what equipment should I ALREADY have? Yes, I'm going to cycle the tank and rock all at once. Also, I'm considering a sump. I figure my rock(pound wise) can be a bit less with a sump. Perhaps about 125 lbs of Live rOCK With a sump setup.

Power heads for good flow around the rocks as they cure, protein skimmer, heater, and a test kit. For your sump, are you considering drilling the tank or using an overflow?

It's an all glass or oceanic tank with two overflows installed. If I'm not mistaken
