curing LR in main tank

Hi, I'm trying to cure about 50lb of LR

in main tank since I just set up the tank week ago.

However, I received the sand 2days before LR arrived

and wondering if I should put sand to tank before putting LR

or put sand after LR is fully cured? if I have to wait for LR to cure,

can I just put sand in area where no direct sunlight while LR is

cured?

Just put the sand in the tank and then the LR. Curing the rock in the tank with the sand in it is fine. You just don't want to cure LR with any fish or invertibrates in the tank.
