AH! Mantis shrimp or Mysid shrimp

i got some live rock today and when i was cleaning it i saw these little fellows on it.. i went and read up on them from this website http://www.xtalworld.com/Aquarium/hitchfaq.htm that gets postsed on here (a very interesting page about live rock hitch hikers!)
now i couldnt get any good pictures before my camera died... so im gonna try to charge the batteries and get some on here...
it has long antenas on it but it is 1/4 inch or smaller... it seems to be kind see threw so i think i may be in the clear with Mysid shrimp... but being very new at all of this i wanted to get some oppenions before i throw those rocks in there! haha
thanks...

ok after checking out alot of other stuff i think I'm in the clear... it looks like these are just Mysid shrimp... which are good... as opposed to Mantis which the horror stories i've read actually scare me! haha... if anyone has any input on this still i would appreciate it though

ok maybe i was way off...
i emailed the guy i got the rock from and he said that he had those rocks
curing in a tank of 2000 Copepods and he lost alot of them... but now he guesses they all hid in the rock or something...
