I was curious if anyone knows how long i should leave my moon light on for? I currently have it on from 900pm to 900am is this to long or should i just use when i am looking at it?

I have my own for a few hours before and after lights go out/come on for me to see and for them to get used to a little light. I would leave it off at night since you are sleeping and they don't really need it. They can see the blue actually.
