Lowe's Store Light

Any input on using Lowe's or Home Depot store light as an alternative aquarium lights for my fish room? Would this also help some of my hornwort and java moss to grow?

I have the shop lights hanging over two 55g and they are fine for low light plants.

I use the 4ft shop lights also, the double fixture ones were 20 dollars at my local lowes.

I have one hanging over 2 side by side tanks, not my favorite method ever, but it lights things up just fine.
