got a new 2 light fixture, what bulbs to run?

i just upgraded my 29g from the standard 30" T8 strip to a 24" dual tube T5 strip. the new light came with 14W 3,000K tubes, but they are definitely not the spectrum i want lol.

i would like to not be light limited on what plants i can grow and i also want the best lighting to make my colored fish stand out more.

any suggestions?

Is the light fixture (strip) made for High Output T5's? If so, then you can put 1 of either of the first two links below along with 1 of the third link.

Or you can just use two 6700°K bulbs if you don't like the 'red' one
