I have three tanks next to each other in my dinning room. A 30 hex with an
aqualight Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow, a 75 gal with four built in blue lunar lights and a 55 gal with two built in white lunar lights. The blue lights are brighter and you can see the fish better at night, but in my opinion the white looks much nicer. I gives off a real natural look. My suggestion (if you can) is to place the light near the outlet of the filter. The ripples of the water from the filter makes the glow "shimmer" in the tank.
IMO-You picked the right one!
