I personally like blue, but white is more of natural moonlight, I've never seen anyone with a white moonlight.

I have three tanks next to each other in my dinning room. A 30 hex with an aqualight Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow, a 75 gal with four built in blue lunar lights and a 55 gal with two built in white lunar lights. The blue lights are brighter and you can see the fish better at night, but in my opinion the white looks much nicer. I gives off a real natural look. My suggestion (if you can) is to place the light near the outlet of the filter. The ripples of the water from the filter makes the glow "shimmer" in the tank.

IMO-You picked the right one!

the more i thought about it the more i leaned towards white. i had a couple of nightlights laying around one was white one was blue and the white just looked more natural like you said.

i can't wait to get it in.

I have them all on timers. Actinic lights turn on at around 7 am, then the 10 k whites go on at 8 am, and the actinics go off at 9. Then opposite at dusk, then lunars go on at 8 pm till sunrise. I have them all on the coralife dual timer. (Foster & Smith have them on sale right now.) The pictures won't come out showing the lighting, but you can go to my profile and see the lights on the 55 gal and 75 gal. tank.

I ordered white but I wish I would have gotten blue. Tried to take pics but they are very hard to capture.
