I managed to crack one of the hinge tabs on my lighting canopy the other day. Without thinking I McGivered it with a piece of plastic and some airplane glue. Will water vapor condensing and running down into the tank present any toxicity problems? New tank, no fish in it.

I did the same thing when I first got my 12 gallon but i drilled a tiny hole and forcefitted a toothpic in it and just broke it off to the right length so i didn't have to use glue lol! And once the glues dry it sould be fine but make sure you can't smell any fumes cause that would meen it's still giving off toxic stuff lol!
